As a booster of Wasaga Beach and a member of the Wasaga Business Association, I am reaching out to our engaged residents regarding some very serious concerns among our local business community and many residents in town. I’m contacting you now in order to make sure you are aware of a very urgent issue affecting the future of Wasaga Beach, as you had shown an interest in the future of our town by registering for one of our Bus Excursions to see the FRAM developments in Port Credit.
Beach BOOSTER Media Group was proud to be a part of the recent Wasaga Business Association (WBA) meeting. It was a great oppourtunity to hear from TWO very respected developers, Mark Crowe of our own Stonebridge Town Centre and Stonebridge by the Bay AND Frank Giannone of FRAM Building Group. Our former Mayor Brian Smith also addressed the the group of approximately 200 engaged & concerned business owners and residents.

We thank Roger Klein from CTV News for being with us for the entire meeting. On the following night, Roger's report was broadcast on CTV News Barrie.

Two clips of the CTV report are significant and were recognized as perhaps shocking to the engaged business owners, residents and the three guest speakers of our Thursday meeting.
1 – CAO again states that council has no influence on the location of Gateway's future Gaming facility. This is NOT the case! See clip here: https://youtu.be/K7hQRdqItPg
2 – Mayor refers to the WBA meeting of approximately 200 concerned business owners & residents, two prominent and respected developers and a former Mayor as “a small group of self-serving individuals”. See clip here: https://youtu.be/jRj5lmFJ3UA
