“We are Thankful for a beautiful fall season. Winter will be here shortly and some people will need proper winter wear.

After Thanksgiving, we would be happy to accept donations of new and good used winter coats, mitts, hats and boots for children and adults.

If you are able to donate, the food bank is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM and Thursday evenings from 6:30P-8P.

The Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank is currently collecting items for 300 Thanksgiving hampers.

They already have a good number items, however, still need cookies and canned vegetables.

On a day to day basis they need cereal, large jars of peanut butter, jam and cat food.

If you are able to donate, the food bank is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM and Thursday evenings from 6:30PM to 8PM. There are also donation boxes at Foodland, Walmart and Superstore.

School is starting again and some children do not have the supplies they will need.

If you are able to donate, the food bank is accepting back packs and school supplies such as pens, pencils, calculators and lined notebooks.

The food bank accepts donations Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM and Thursday evenings from 6:30P-8P.

The Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank is currently in need of cat food. We have a good supply of dog food but need cat food.

If you are able to donate, please drop by Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM or Thursday evenings from 6:30PM - 8PM.

As well, there are drop boxes at Foodland, Walmart and Superstore.

Thank you to the Huronia West OPP Detachment for their "Cram-A-Cruiser" event at the Real Canadian Super Store, in support of the Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank. The three cruisers were loaded with 1100 lbs of groceries and over $800.00 in cash.
