The Town of Wasaga Beach has the longest freshwater beach in the world and just west of the main commercial area of Town. This approximately 3.24 hectare (8 acre) parcel, commonly known as Beach Area two, is owned by the Town and is the only development site of it's kind in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Wasaga Beach is nestled between 14 kilometres of pristine beaches, a winding river, a dramatic sand dune system and surrounded by acres of natural park land. Our new Business Park is a 40 acre development site set in acres of green space, bicycle and walking trails. Our outstanding growth, combined with the more than two million tourists who visit Wasaga Beach each year, generate tremendous opportunities for every type of business.
