Mr. Telfer has been black listed by some mortgage companies and for good reason! I would NOT recommend using him, it was not a pleasant experience at all.

I am a lawyer with an office at 2115 Mosley St., Wasaga Beach. I do real estate ,small business, and estate legal work. I have had trouble with two mortgage companies in the past but currently am doing work for both of them and am not aware of any other "blacklist" your client writes. In fact ,I am not sure who Selena is, what service I did / did not do , and what monies I took. Did this person contact me, follow up , and hire me - as you know mistakes are made in initial contact and most would follow up - its a busy world.
