Olivia was born and raised in Toronto spending her summers in Wasaga Beach just like a lot of the residents here which fuels her love for the area. Olivia moved here year-round 6 years ago with her son Nicholas. She enjoys going out in the community with her family checking out all the local events. Her vast knowledge of Real Estate is in part due to being raised by Grandparents that both appreciated real estate and had rental income properties. Real estate is in her blood she has been doing some aspect of real estate for over 20 years, recently just completed a New Condominium Site selling over 170 homes. Olivia is cultured and is fluent in Lithuanian and as a child enjoyed being part of Atzalynas dance group and attending Kretinga Summer Camp.
