We have been with Pine Rock for approximately 3 years now - 2 different houses. Their 'team' service has been awesome! Always friendly, professional, and Pine Rock responds to any calls/concerns quickly. One instance, without even asking for an (expensive!) part to be replaced, Glenn suggested we replace it at no extra charge to our warranty plan. Now that's great service! We definitely recommend them - and have done so! Keep up the great work!!

Pinerock was doing a yearly cleaning of the furnace, in March 2013, at one of our rental properties and they discovered a major problem and the furnace could no longer be used. This happened on a Friday afternoon and our tenants would be without heat until Monday morning when the new furnace would arrive and be installed. To assist us in these trying times Pinerock loaned our tenants some electrical heaters to carry them over the weekend until the heat would be restored. That weekend it was sunny but still quite cold outside going down into the minus temperatures plus there was a wind chill and those heaters were the sole heat source. Yvette & I plus our tenants are so grateful to Glen and his staff for their professionalism and compassionate in going above and beyond to take care of us and to having everything completed, as promised, right on schedule.

Pine Rock recently replaced my old mid efficiency gas furnace with a new high efficiency model. The gas bills are significantly lower now with the new furnace. I found them to be professional, punctual and very fair with pricing. Glen was very knowledgable about all my options. I intend to use Pinerock again when I have a gas fireplace installed. I highly recommend Pinerock Mechanical!!!!

Pine Rock has installed 2 gas fireplaces and 2 furnaces for me in the past few years. Always professional, friendly, know their stuff and do neatly and in a timely fashion! highly recomended!!! PINE ROCK ROCKS!!!
