Hi everyone, today I am sharing a recipe for stove top cleaning with essential oils. I love to use this easy inexpensive cleaner.
1/4c baking soda
1/4 c table salt
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP water
4-5 drops essential oil.
Stir all ingredients to form a paste and spread over stove top and burners. Leave for 15 minutes or longer for stubborn spots.
Use a sponge, scrub the mixture into the grime Wipe off excess cleaner and wipe surface clean...
Oils that I like to use are lemon, lime orange ,tea tree, or a combination of these.

1.it can help to slow down the mind .We all tend to get that busy mindset that often keeps us up at night because our minds seem to be in overdrive. Over the past few months our stress levels for most of us have increased. Taking time to re group through Reiki can be a help. I find it gets me back on track both in receiving and giving a reiki session
2. Reiki can help with pain control. It is a mystery but I have seen the results in clients and personally. The energy that flows goes where it is most needed and the healing process seems to be much faster. There has been documented cases of surgical patients healing several days faster than normally expected.
Reiki is NOT an instant cure but with time and patience it will work.
