What exactly is Coaching ? I have been asked this numerous times.

A coach is the person that will work to keep you accountable to your goals .He or she will be honest and supportive .A coach will at times ask the hard questions that you may need to hear or ponder.Often we have been in your position in our own lives . Using a coach can help you acheive your goals in a more condensed framework. We have your best intermest in mind and remember when you get results so does the coach.
