Our 2 upper-level beach condos 3 & 4 are very nice, large, bright, super clean 800+ square foot units on the second level (13 steps). They each have 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the second larger bedroom. The large living area has an additional fold-out sofa bed. The dining areas have sliding doors that lead to decks overlooking our courtyard. The bathrooms are 4 pc and the kitchens are equipped with full-sized fridge and stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishware and utensils. The units offer air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, gas BBQs and picnic tables on a large patio right outside.
